World's first kickboxer - drummer took social video for youth people

A "doctor’s orchestra" played a concert in support of seriously ill children

On May 28 the center IT'S TIME and Orchestra NOTA BAND held a charity concert in support of children suffering from cancer. The peculiarity of the performance was that the musicians put on medical gowns and medical accessories were used instead of usual decorations.

The musicians performed on the court  in front of the youth center "Grodno".

The concert started with the arrival NOTA BAND conductor in the ambulance car with a signal. After that, "doctors" –musicians came out from the medical screens, arranged as decoration.

"More than 18,000 people in our country die each year from cancer, which is equal to the number of inhabitants of a village. And if thanks to today's event we can save lives, then we will consider our mission accomplished" - said the representative of the Centre IT'S TIME Anna Shikut.

The orchestra has played 18 world-famous melodies from famous films and cartoons such as "The Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Just wait!". At this time, IT'S TIME center volunteers handed out informational materials to passers-by and made "vaccination of kindness."

The purpose of the event is to urge residents of Grodno to help children who are struggling with cancer.

The center IT'S  TIME: a non-governmental, non-profit institution, established in January 2016; it provides assistance and support to children and adults suffering from cancer.

The Beatles were translated into dance the deaf

For the first time in history, The Beatles were translated into dance the deaf.

On the 16^th January, on the International Day of The Beatles, children with hearing impairments translated the song «All you need is love» on sign language in dance.

The performance took place in the center of the Grodno, Belarus, on the heart laid out from the petals of red roses. The dance was the result of a creative collaboration of a choreographer Yakush Eugene and the teachers of Grodno boarding school for children with hearing impairments

The song was not chosen randomly. John Lennon wrote it as an anthem of love, containing a simple message clear for people of all nationalities.

The purpose of the action is a call for people to show love and kindness instead of aggression and conflicts.

Female champion in kick-boxing forced people to go in for sport-dating

A kickboxing champion and a fitness instructor Julia Hakova  held the Belarus first sports date on April 6, the International Day of Sport . The peculiarity of this event is that all participants there had not just to talk with one another but at the same time to do sport exercises that Julia was demonstrating. Children with hearing disabilities have destroyed a "wall of incomprehension"

Visitors to the hypermarket "Euroopt" witnessed a dramatic action: they were able to experience how the world perceived by children with disabilities.

The event held on December 2 in the hypermarket "Euroopt" by artists from the TV project "Know ours" and children with disabilities at hearing and vision.

The female conductor offered to put on the headphones to every person who made a donation for the children with disabilities. Then the artists "Know ours" suddenly appeared off the crowd and began to sing.

However, the melody could only be heard by the human with headphones, for the rest of the audience a scene reminiscent of a silent film. Then in the middle of the event the music suddenly started to sound aloud for the whole room. Such a transition is intended to reveal the metaphorical inner world of children with hearing disabilities.

At the end of the performance, the children destroyed "a wall of incomprehension," tall as a man, which was a symbol of stereotypes in society towards people with disabilities.

Live chess sang in the center of Grodno

On September 30^th a stylist Olga Co, a TV project "Know Ours" and a company «Ecological Alternative» presented live chess figures, which made-up for the project. The place of the performance was a 9-meter chessboard, made of rubber coatings for the farms, which in their turn used to be tires before recycling. The dresses for chess pieces were made of paper for food bags.

“We urge drivers to pay attention to a new waste-free tire recycling program of our company; it's harmless for the environment -, says the representative of "Ecological Alternatives" Mikhail Lis. - This is particularly important now, before winter when drivers change tires, and often the discarded old ones damage nature.”

“This performance symbolizes the Environment in miniature: there will be checkmate in the fight against the environmental disaster due to this new recycling technology.”  - says the stylist Olga Co.
