A famous photographer used models’ bodies in an unusual way

A photographer Eugene Buzuk and a pop band "17 Seconds" have presented the first in the history of Belarus series of pictures designed to promote reading. The distinctive feature of this work is that quotes from literature masterpieces were written on the singers’ bodies with a special technique of body art. The quotes were taken from "Anna Karenina" Lev Tolstoy, "The Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupery, "The Brothers Karamazov" by F. M.Dostoevskiy, etc. In addition, specifically for the promotion of Belarusian literature Eliza Orzeszko’s quote from "Marta" was used.

"The aim of this work is to show that reading is not only useful but also stylish, says photographer Eugene Buzuk. - And nothing could prove it as brightly as a beautiful woman's body."

"A real man is a smart man,” believes vocalist of the band " 17 Seconds "Helen Pospelova. – “And this work encourages men to read more and become more attractive to women."

The authors believe that it will help increase interest in reading among Belarusians and thereby make a big step towards ensuring that the Belarusian nation will become the most reading one in the world as it used to be in Soviet times.
